How it works
- Attacks cancer cells that are actively growing
- Also attacks actively growing healthy cells in the body, which can cause side effects
Some common chemotherapy side effects
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Hair loss
- Mouth sores
- Tiredness
- Pain
- Infections
- Low blood cell counts
