The Genentech BioOncology® Co-pay Assistance Program
Genentech offers the Genentech BioOncology Co-pay Assistance Program that may help you with the out-of-pocket costs of RITUXAN.*
*The Genentech BioOncology Co-pay Assistance Program is available only for commercially insured patients. It is not available for patients covered by federally funded health insurance except for patients who are covered by Medicare Part A for hospital services and have commercial insurance for their outpatient medical and pharmacy benefits. It requires a valid, on-label prescription and cannot be combined with any other rebate/coupon, free trial or similar offer for the specified prescription. It is available only for a patient (or their guardian) who is 18 years or older. It is not valid for medications the patient receives for free or that are eligible to be reimbursed by private insurance plans or other health care or pharmaceutical assistance programs that reimburse the patient in whole or in part for the medication. It is valid only for Genentech products in the United States and U.S. Territories. The Genentech BioOncology Co-pay Assistance Program is not health insurance or a benefit plan.

Genentech Patient Foundation
The Genentech Patient Foundation gives free Genentech medicine to people who don’t have insurance coverage or who have financial concerns and to people who meet certain income criteria.*
*If you have health insurance coverage for your medicine, you must have already tried other types of patient assistance to qualify for free Genentech medicine from the Genentech Patient Foundation. This includes the Genentech BioOncology Co-pay Card and support from independent co-pay assistance foundations. You must also meet financial criteria. If you do not have insurance or your insurance does not cover your medicine, you must meet different financial criteria.
